The Department of Physics of National Taiwan University seeks to fill two endowed chair professor positions in theoretical physics. The Kenda Chair will be awarded to an outstanding scientist working in theoretical condensed matter physics or related areas, and the Chin-Yu Chair will be awarded to an outstanding scientist working in particle physics and field theory.

The Institute of Physics (IOP), National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan invites applications for faculty positions at all ranks (assistant, associate, and full professor) in the following areas: 
 
(a) Experimental Low-temperature Mesoscopic Physics; 
(b) Atomic, Molecular and Optical (AMO) Physics, applications in theoretical and experimental AMO physics are welcome; 
(c) Experimental Neutrino Physics, IOP is a member institution of both Daya Bay and JUNO collaborations. 
 
Successful candidates are expected to make strong commitments to excellence in research, teaching and mentoring. The appointment will begin in August 2019.
