【韓國物理學會-研討會訊息】
Dear Distinguished Members of The Physical Society of Taiwan,
On behalf of the Semiconductor Physics Division of the Korean Physical Society (KPS), we extend our warmest greetings and professional respect to your esteemed society.
We are proud to announce the 22nd International Symposium on the Physics of Semiconductors and Applications (ISPSA 2026), which will be held from June 28 to July 2, 2026 in Jeju, Korea.
As a premier international conference hosted by the KPS Semiconductor Physics Division, ISPSA 2026 is expected to be our largest edition yet, featuring over 1,200 participants and more than 800 high-quality presentations covering the entire spectrum of semiconductor physics, from fundamental theory to next-generation applications.
We have curated an extraordinary academic program that features 6 Plenary Speakers who are global pioneers in their respective fields, including Prof. Jing Kong from MIT, Prof. John A. Rogers from Northwestern University, Prof. Joshua Yang from University of Southern California, Prof. Amir Yacoby from Harvard University, Prof. Henk Bolink from Universidad de Valencia, and Prof. Feng Wang from UC Berkeley. Their insights will be complemented by an extensive series of 5 Tutorial Sessions designed to provide in-depth educational value, alongside more than 180 Invited Talks from world-renowned experts representing prestigious institutions worldwide.
To ensure a diverse and high-level exchange of ideas, we cordially invite your members to submit their latest research abstracts. We are eager to see a wide range of contributions that will enrich the symposium's technical sessions. Please note that the deadline for abstract submission is March 20, 2026.
In this regard, we believe that the participation of your esteemed members would be invaluable to the success of this symposium. We kindly request your support in sharing the attached ISPSA 2026 Newsletter (available in both HTML and PDF formats) with your society's network. Your assistance in distributing this call for abstracts and participation would greatly contribute to the diversity and academic depth of our global community.
Thank you for your time and for considering this request for cooperation. We look forward to welcoming many of your colleagues to South Korea for what we expect to be an intellectually stimulating and memorable event.
Warm regards,
Mun Seok Jeong
